Karnataka RERA has issued this circular outlining the requirements for submission of the Annual Audit Report for FY 2025–26.

Promoters are required to obtain the prescribed Form-7 Annual Audit Report and submit it online along with the specified audited financial statements and supporting documents within the timeline prescribed by the Authority.

Annual audit is mandatory

Promoters are required to have the project accounts audited by a practising Chartered Accountant within six months from the end of the financial year.

Obtain Form-7 for FY 2025–26

Karnataka RERA has prescribed Form-7 as the Annual Audit Report, and promoters are required to obtain Form-7 for FY 2025–26.












    Online Submissions

    The Annual Audit Report must be filed through the separate online module on the K-RERA portal by selecting Annual Audit under Registration.

    Audited financial documents must be part of the submission

    Along with Form-7, promoters must submit the Annual Audited Books of Accounts, including the Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet with schedules, Cash Flow Statements, Income Tax Returns and Auditor Report.

    Submission deadline is 15 November 2026

    The audited financial information for the year ended 31 March 2026, along with Form-7, must be submitted on or before 15 November 2026.

    Delays will lead to penalty

    Failure to submit Form-7 for FY 2025–26 within the stipulated time may attract penalty under Section 60 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

    Portal issues need to be raised through Helpdesk

    Promoters facing problems while logging in or completing the submission can raise a ticket through the Helpdesk.
