What you need to know?

Under section 11(1) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, it is compulsory for all promoters to file quarterly updates on an ongoing basis till such time the project status has been marked completed.
Missed quarterly updates will be liable for penalties. Exact penalties for missed or late filings can vary from state / union territories as specified by the local authority.
