    RERA registration builds buyer confidence and trust, which means marketing your projects becomes easier. Additionally, it helps you avoid penalties, legal issues and overall build credibility for your brand.
    All commercial and residential projects that are ongoing (have not received a completion certificate) plus new projects. Projects that are less than 500 sq. meters and less than 8 units are exempted.
    Project registration typically takes less than 30 working days provided all documents are accurate and complete. You can make use of our document checklist to ensure completeness of your document requirements before submission.
